Kelvin was Great! He responded quickly when I called. When he initially came to my house and diagnosed what the problem was he needed the ring on the electric meter Box on locked by Edison. I call Edison and it took them over 24 hours To respond. After the Box was unlocked Kelvin came back-to my house within one hour and had my main circuit-breaker replaced in no time. I was very appreciative of his speedy response to my situation as the weather was close to 100ﾟ and my house inside was 88 plus degrees.

He is honest and professional. I thought a panel upgrade was needed which would have cost me 2000. He told me it was not needed (losing 2000). He showed me what was wrong and took the time to write a report on the invoice. He showed me that the new subpanel put in by solar city was placed incorrectly. He told me to contact solar city and did not charge me anything. Because of his honesty and integrity, I agreed to give him 50 dollars. I recommend him.

Kelvin arrived on time and gave us a realistic estimate for our project. He followed up with us when he said he would and scheduled the work at a time that worked best for us. They worked quickly. Did a great job in completing the work and in fixing some bad work from another contractor. I would hire Precision Electric again. Would definitely recommend to others!
