Kelvin was Great! He responded quickly when I called. When he initially came to my house and diagnosed what the problem was he needed the ring on the electric meter Box on locked by Edison. I call Edison and it took them over 24 hours To respond. After the Box was unlocked Kelvin came back-to my house within one hour and had my main circuit-breaker replaced in no time. I was very appreciative of his speedy response to my situation as the weather was close to 100ﾟ and my house inside was 88 plus degrees.

He is honest and professional. I thought a panel upgrade was needed which would have cost me 2000. He told me it was not needed (losing 2000). He showed me what was wrong and took the time to write a report on the invoice. He showed me that the new subpanel put in by solar city was placed incorrectly. He told me to contact solar city and did not charge me anything. Because of his honesty and integrity, I agreed to give him 50 dollars. I recommend him.

Kelvin arrived on time and gave us a realistic estimate for our project. He followed up with us when he said he would and scheduled the work at a time that worked best for us. They worked quickly. Did a great job in completing the work and in fixing some bad work from another contractor. I would hire Precision Electric again. Would definitely recommend to others!

The new home I purchased had a gas dryer line that I could not use. I had purchased a electric front load dryer prior to buying my new home. The contractor told me he could not change the building plans for the house and I would have to find an electrician to add an outlet to accommodate the dryer. Kelvin was very thorough and professional and took great pride in his work. He explained to me what was needed to be done and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He also installed three (3) ceiling fan's and light fixture's during his visit to my home. He visited the home once prior to installing the electrical line and gave me a quote in which he stuck with. If I need any additional electrical work or know of anyone who do I would definitely recommend him. I am very satisfied with his work, I could not have been more grateful for finding him to assist me with this project.

I was very pleased with Service Magic. They were timely, honest, very neat, gave me exactly what I wanted and went the extra mile to make sure the work was flawless. The company that followed to install my central air was so impressed they as well collected Service Magic business cards so they could pass them to their customers looking for a good electrician. My mother since has had them do work for her and we both agree we will continue to use Service Magic.
