He was the on time didn't take lone anyone who hires this company will be happy happy great job.

I am a retired Veteran that hired this company which is precise handyman service these guys were phenomenal I couldnâ t ask for a better company they came in did what was ask and was really nice I would highly recommend them

I am a retired contractor, did not tell them that lol, who is a little older now, and needed work done around the house. I tested them out with a few small jobs first, such as ceiling fan hangings, faucet repairs, some minor patchwork jobs, furniture assembly, etc., and they passed the test. Now to the more labor intense. I had some drywall repair, installation work, painting, and carpentry work that needed completion. Keenan and his crew did over and beyond my expectations. I am a hard old guy to please, lol, but they did. Trustworthy, dependable, meticulous work, and decent pricing. I could not ask for more. I would not hesitate to use again or refer.

I was looking for someone to install two bathroom exhaust fans. A bigger job than what I wanted to take on as they had to cut into the ceiling. I also needed to hang a couple of ceiling fans. Keenan from Precise Handy Work contacted new on Friday. Well it is Sunday afternoon and the work is done! Looks great. They were courteous and professional. I will be using them again as they offer a variety of services and would recommend them to anyone!

Keenan Bula of Precise Handy Work and I agreed on the labor fee (I am supplying the materials) to repair my cedar gazebo. He said he would begin work on Thursday. Thursday came and went, and he did not show up. I was only able to contact him three days later. He said he was in the hospital as the result of being bitten by a brown recluse spider, but he would start work the following Mon. He did not show up. I called him numerous times, the message always going to voicemail. Finally, he answered the call and said his doctor ordered him to rest for a week, but I was next in line and he would begin on Mon. Monday came and went and he did not show up again. I called him repeatedly but only got voicemail. I then called from my cell phone, to which he picked up immediately and said he would get back to me. He did not answer any of my other calls. I then used my housekeeper's cell phone, and again he picked up immediately, but said he couldn't talk because he was driving, but would call me later in the day. He did not. That was the last time I had contact with him. I realized that when he recognized my phone numbers he was avoiding me, and let voicemail pick up. This consumed a whole month's time. I have no explanation for this peculiar unprofessional situation. I surmise, perhaps, my gazebo (which is complicated) may be above his skill level. Also, when he was last at my house he bought so tools from you for $250. I asked him to leave the money on the table because due to the virus I didn't want to get close. He left assuring me he would begin work on Thurs. When I counted the money, he left only $240. Please note that there was no work done, so my ratings for Work Quality and Value for Money are not accurate.

The owner Keenan and his worker Dwayne installed tile on our bathroom wall and shower. The bathroom wall tile was uneven and highly noticeable. Keenan advised his worker to grout the walls while the water was off and it created a huge mess. Grout was all over the tiles, grout was all over the floor, grout in the water line coming out of the wall. The shower tile is bowed out in several places and will have to be replaced as well. They left a huge gap between the end of shower wall tile and the door framing making for a very noticeable unfinished look. Grout was in the bathtub as well as on the edge and the floor. Very very crappy job was done and now Im out about 3k worth of tile and will have to end up ripping it all out and paying someone else to repair their huge mess. They even grouted my door trim in place. Unless you read that right. They put grout right over the trim. Make sure you get these peoples full names and do background checks as we were finally able to get a name and after googling the owner we were quite shocked and wouldnt have hired him if we had known of his past criminal activities. The worker also admitted doing drugs and one of the other workers confessed to be the worker was drinking beer once they left the job site even though he knew he was coming back to work. Tools disappeared, a lot of unnecessary supplies were bought and they had me running to the store for something extra daily. I wouldnt recommend this company for any sort or repairs

Tiffany was not professional. I told her what I wanted to be done. She proceeds to clean the bathroom, swept the time floor then used a steam mop. Went over it twice. Then proceeded to the vac and steam the hall, dining room and kitchen. Did not move any furniture to clean under them. The only thing she cleaned well were the mirrors. Paid her some. After she left I went around and discovered that the tile floors were caked in some kind of slimy goop. Bare feet stuck to the floor. Yuck!!! There was a haze on all the wood floors. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I had to completely wash all the floors a second time. Hired her because I have medical and age problems. She did not even do a good job. Very disappointed.

They were able to come the same day that I called and made the repair to the door in a timely manner. I would use them again.

I hired this company once before and the work was exceptional , fast and well priced. Keenan had hired someone that knew what he was doing. This was not true the second time. Keenan is obviously learning how to do this. One excuse after another as to why he could not come to work. Three days coming for half a day was a busy week. I have had to redo some of his "work". The shower leaked, tile was not grouted and I could not get him to return in a timely manner to move a sink that was in the way of another construction project. I asked him while he was here as to where a vent exited the house and he assured me it was vented properly. The vent was an important feature for a room with a shower and a hot tub. I should have been more persistent The vent went straight into the ceiling which was much worse than leaving it in the room. The ceiling was falling down due to the moisture. Keenan was quite personable. If he would hire good people and not try to do anything else himself, other than be personable, he would have a good business. He is a 5 star or a 1 star guy. Take your chances. I have found MUCH better for the same price. If you have an easy outside painting job that you are not in a hurry to do and do not want to pay much for then he may be a good choice. Recommended? No

They did a good job and came sooner than expected. I do recommend they have some kind of identification. Either a card, sign on truck,or/and wear a shirt with precision handyman on it.

Friendly, efficient, excellent service, cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend them.
