Jack was very thorough, explained everything very well. I had to make some follow up calls for further info on electrical problems that were found, and both Jack and Flint were very patient and helpful. This was the best and most comprehensive home inspection I have ever had done, and the follow-up was sterling too. Highly recommend them!

Addendum to my review: my inspector found a VERY difficult to recognize problem with the electrical system and recommended an electrician evaluate. Turns out the inspector was right, and saved me $2000.00!

Jonathan really did well explaining /suggesting things we should do to improve the house without confusing us. We learned a lot while he inspected the house and he was very professional when he explained how things worked (septic) cooling/heating etc. Flint was also good with communication and answered all my questions .
