I have had the pleasure of working with John Wegner twice while buying my 1st home. My 1st home inspection with John gave me the information to let me that home was a huge money pit. His inspection gave me a knowledgeable and complete understanding of my home inspection. He has a great sense of humor but still remains professional. He knows with any inspection stress is high but he has a way of making it seem less tense. He is professional, punctual & informative. At the end of the inspection he goes over the report with you step by step answers any questions or concerns without making you feel rushed. He sends the report to your email before you walk away instead of waiting days. It is affordable for the quality of his knowledgeable service. I would recommend &hire his company again. Brenda M

I have been in my home now for over 6 months and over the course of that time, I have found SO many things that repair people have told me were pre-existing and that my inspector should have found. I am extremely disappointed. Now, listening to REAL professionals, it all seems obvious. Unfortunately, I thought I was working with a knowledgeable professional, so I put all my trust in him. Especially as a first time home buyer. Lesson learned. This is literally a VISUAL inspection ONLY. Every time I have to have some work done on my home, and their person says **this is an old issue, did not your inspector catch this?** I say no, he did a visual inspection, and they say **Well, you are looking at it, can you see it now?**. So I get mad all over again! I seriously wish there were some legal action I could take. This guy noted, in his inspection report, that my sump pump was in satisfactory condition - BUT I DO NOT EVEN HAVE A SUMP PUMP! It is an ejector pit. So, when my house flooded earlier this year; had I had a sump pump, the damage would not have been as extensive. Please, please do not use this guy.

John is absolutely OUTSTANDING!!!! Please look no further. This is the company you should absolutely work with for your home inspection. Thanks John for an AMAZING experience!!!

We initially had the inspection scheduled for a Sunday, but we had an unexpected snow storm in the middle of April. John was more than accommodating with rescheduling the inspection for a date that he could do a thorough inspection of the property. He arrived early for the job and we received the inspection report immediately following.
