James arrived exactly on time. He was well prepared and finished installing new hot water heater in an hour. Cleaned up and removed the old hot water heater. His price was very competitive with other bids. Very pleased with his workmanship, and would use him again for plumbing issues. Will also recommend him to others.

James had to replace a drain pipe in a very tight crawlspace. He initially came in and gave me an estimate, I was happy with the cost and scheduled the work to be done. I was very impressed by his professionalism. He did a great job. I always try to choose a small business and I'm glad I chose Precise. They will be doing more work for me. His wife is very easy to talk to and returned my call right away. I have a plumber!

The young man was very personable, clean and knowledgeable. He was able to come almost immediately which was fantastic. Had the drain cleared in under an hour and the fee charged was very reasonable. Definitely keeping his info on file!!
