Very clean during the process. Everything protected, work area cleaned, and all debris removed each day of work.The contractor Michael was always in contact and checked progress and workmanship at each stage.

Im so so glad I found Precise! Unlike other companies, after we met for the first time, Michael was able to provide me with a clear proposal and a fair price for everything that we had planned. Everyone that came to the house was professional and communication was always too top! A+!

Michael and crew did a great job in remodeling our 2 bathrooms and kitchen. They also painted inside our home as well as outside. They were always on time, respectful and hardworking. They scheduled the work to be done accordingly and finished earlier than expected. We are very satisfied with the outcome of the project. We have gained a friend with Michael.

After looking at reviews in other websites and doing my thorough research I decided to contact Precise. I needed a new ADU Garage conversion or figure out what to do with that space whether to expand or do the best with the existing space. I have had nightmares with hiring contractors in the past and people not showing up, so I needed someone very responsible, reliable and that I could trust. I schedule my meeting with Michael, and I was overly impressed with how knowledgeable, the recommendations, how easy it was to talk to him and a great listener with all the ideas I had in mind. Besides a free estimate he gave me some great ideas with design and colors, I really wanted a neutral pastel green to go with some furniture, but he advised on going with swiss coffee as it would make the space flow and expand the reflection from the windows; I loved that we decided to do that! We didnâ  t encounter any problems, his crew always arrived at the times scheduled, not like before as I mentioned people cancelling and wasting my time, this was not the case with Precise. The project was done in about two months and I am beyond happy with the outstanding job they performed and now I can enjoy this place so that friends and family can visit after the pandemic. I wanted to enclose my covered cement patio 15f Wx 30fH, and turn it into my new kitchen and incorporate the laundry room and mud room to match. Before I started I did all my homework and had my own plans and city approvals I was ready. I found these guys on HomeAdvisers.com. This company was right on time and on budget, the job was completed after 3 1/2 months in Dec. of 2018. The crew worked nonstop including the installation of a 48inc. 8 burner Viking series 7 looks AWSOME. Now that I've been working from home for the last 4 months I've really come to appreciate the transformation, the hard work, the expertise, and the planing that was put into this project. I think it was worth every penny, so a special thanks to Michael Tal and his talented crew at "PRECISE" Remodeling & Design. Don D.

Michael and Andrea at Precise are superb! I'm blown away to the attention to detail and professionalism from the get-go. They created a lovely walk-In closet with recessed lights, beautiful shelving, new paint, custom cabinets etc. I also remodeled my master bathroom which looks fantastic, as well as opening the kitchen area to make it more spacious. I contacted Precise Remodeling and Design thru a friend of mine that just finished his house upgrades. Iâ ve always being so skeptical about any company these days, so I was so glad I was able to see the results for my friendâ s before I hired them. Michael at Precise responded right away, scheduled his visit within two days, he came over, we talked about my goals and he gave me some excellent design ideas along with a free estimate and proposal; they began working the following week. The crew worked effectively and went above and beyond. The price was fair and I appreciated that immensely (it was a big job in multiple areas of the house) Highly recommend Michael and everyone at Precise Remodeling!

They are great to work with!!! I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THEIR SERVICE!! They truly care about their clients and it shows through their actions. We had precise convert our garage to a living space for my mother who lives with us. We had them do everything from creating the plans and get them approved with the city, to the actual work. Even though the city gave us a really hard time, they were able to pull it off! Their workmanship is great and we are very grateful for everything Michael and his team did for us. Precise workers arrived to work every day, and always made sure to keep the area was clean when the work day was done. They set a very high standard of how a service oriented company should handle their affairs and we were lucky to have them on our side, first with the city and later with the actual work. Having had some horrible nightmares working with contractors in the past, I braced for the worst again this time; but I was surprised. I Had some remodeling work with Precise. Everything about them was so professional: Arriving when promised, clean, organized etcâ ¦ Returning phone calls the same day, appearing when promised, and most importantly getting a proposal/estimate in short order which is surprising in this business. Excellent service, the work was done really well, and exactly how I imagined it. No surprises, no unexpected changes. So happy with the outcomeâ ¦. 6 stars, if I ever need work again done in my home, I will not hesitate to call them. Thank you Michael!
