James and his crew built a beautiful composite deck for us. His knowledge and expertise was invaluable during the planning phase and his attention to detail is something you don’t see a lot of these days. He did not rush the project and made sure the work quality was top notch. For future projects, I will be calling James for sure!

Precise Custom Homes and Remodeling did a complete gut and remodel of our finished basement. James and his crew are outstanding. Father and sons team, they are meticulous, professional, courteous and honest. They arrived on time every day and completed our project on schedule. Although our project grew exponentially when we found our basement space had been rough plumbed for a full bath, James adjusted his schedule to make it all work. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the project or the family we worked with to achieve the end result.

Precise recently completed a complete remodel of our upstairs bathroom. James and his crew were fast and efficient; minimizing disruption to the household and completing the job on time and on budget. They kept us informed every step of the way. We are very pleased with the result. We would definitely use Precise for another project and recommend them to others.

Contractor was easy to work with

I previously completed a review of Precise Remodeling regarding a deck they built for me. I was so pleased with the work that I almost immediately hired them to build my new fence. Unfortunately, after a day or two I located a split stringer on the deck steps. I reached out and asked them to take a look when working on the fence and they agreed. I was told after looking at it that is was just the wood drying. I am not an expert so I conceded. After showing to coworkers who have done this work I was told that is not correct and should be replaced. Around the same time the fence was completed. I found one small issue where a lattice box I requested did not seem to match the price I was charged. This caused a conflict with my neighbors who paid for the box to increase their privacy. I reached out to Precise again and was told that the issue could have been resolved had I told them earlier. The box was installed the previous day. I spent thousands of dollars with Precise in the hopes of finding a trusted and reliable source for all of my future projects. Instead my checks were cashed, my satisfaction was not guaranteed, and I now have to work to repair a damaged relationship with my neighbor. This could all be resolved if Precise had simply agreed to come take a look at the issue and sacrifice a little time to ensure I was happy with the work they completed.

Thank you for doing such fast, efficient work with our stair project! Our deck addition is beautiful. Everyone on your team was friendly and professional and we will definitely be using your company again in the future!
