Precise Tree Care, Inc., is a family owned and operated company specializing in all your tree care needs. We strive on being the most honest company and giving you the best customer service possible. We don't have 'salesman'; we have arborists that truly care about your trees and helping you get the results you want while keeping their health in mind. We won't try to talk you into anything we don't think will work or your trees don't need. Our customers are so much more to us than just another job. We want to build a lasting relationship with you! Safety and education are also very important to us, and all of our crew members and arborists attend several seminars each year. "Hi Dale! We are very sorry that you did not realize we left the stump grindings behind. It is standard practice in our industry that the mulch made by the stump grinder is left behind. On your proposal it stated exactly 'Back-fill all grindings in hole and left on site. The amount of grindings/size of pile left on-site will vary depending on the size of the stump.'. We also mailed you our company info packet on 3/19/20 that had a brochure in it that explained what to expect before, during and after a stump grinding, and your confirmation e-mail that we e-mailed you on 3/20/20 had a copy of that brochure attached as well. We try to be very upfront with our customers on what to expect from our services. We strive to earn a 5-star review from each one that we do work for and are disappointed to learn we did not earn that from you."
