Martin and his technician were so fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! My ancient garage door opener was on its last leg and I called for a replacement. When he came to replace, one of the springs was broken (I’m a very young first-time homeowner and had no idea what that meant *facepalm*). Martin made me aware of my options and even discounted the springs for me. Less than two days after putting my request in the job is all done beautifully. He offered to come even sooner than that but my work schedule got in the way. Love my new garage door opener and will definitely keep Precise in mind with any future problems in this house or the next!
