Precision

Our project did not even get off the ground and they took 10% of the total amount of the work required. When a year went by and we were still in negotiations with the DOB for our permits, their estimated project price nearly tripled. We decided not to renew but we gave them a huge chunk of cash which they have nothing to show for. Nothing was done. Nothing. They still owe us $992 for a fee we paid to the DOB which they were supposed to cover under the deposit we paid. I emailed them and the owner Val replied only once asking for our address but he never sent the check. When I wrote them a physical letter after months of waiting and giving them the benefit of the doubt, the letter came back undelivered. Apparently they moved and the letter could not be forwarded. Even the project manager that I dealt with directly left the company and moved west. Very poorly run company and not professional at all. Very disappointed in them. I just want my money back that they owe me.

I truly appreciate the timely manner in which they scheduled the plumber to come to my home. Also they were very through in explaining the entire process.

Sanford stayed late to finish the job. Came back another time to look at our bedroom radiator. We will definitely have him come back to complete the job at a later date. He repaired the bad job our first plumber did, and we had an excellent winter with the proper heat. I did not have to tell my family to put on an extra sweater.

Initial price estimate made it sound like taking away old tank was included, but it was actually $100. Also, no mention of credit card surcharge of 4% Samson, the installer was great and arrived early, after calling to make sure that was ok. Very professional and a master plumber.

Sandford was the technician-he was timely very pleasant to work with-efficient. Gave me a good estimate did the work arranged for the electrician to hook everything up and it was done in a very professional manner.

What we love about John is he always answers his cell whenever you call him. We found him to be very courteous, professional & attentive to our requests. We originally hired him to remodel our bathrooms but then hired him to address the mold issue we had in our kitchen, to redo the tiling in the kitchen & main hallway, we asked him to reinsulate & add wood flooring to the attic, prep & paint our two story condo, install an attic door, change the subfloor after significant water damage was discovered by his team. As you can see, we had a lot of work done to our condo & if we had to do it all over again, we choose John & his team 10 out of 10 times. You wont regret hiring Precision.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work provided by Precision. John, whom I dealt with both on the phone and in person, was punctual, honest, and delivered on every promise he made. Having dealt with other contractors before, I was a bit jaded when dealing with contractors due to prices being elevated and jobs taking much longer than they should. However, John gave me a fixed price, promised the work would be done at a certain time and only take one day, and as stated above, he made good on his word. Not only was the job well done, but made sure to clean up afterward, something my previous contractor neglected to do. I am looking forward to working with Precision again in the future to renovate my bathrooms and hallway.
