No real complaints. They did a basic cleaning and tune-up on my A/C and furnace. Never did hear back with a quote on some improvements they promised me, but the work they did do was fine.

I would like to let you know that we used them back in July to look at our swamp cooler that was leaking, they recommenced a completely new one based on the leak and how old it was. It took them 2 weeks to install as they kept forgetting to order the right parts, then they called and said someone was in the hospital so they could install it until the next week, not sure if that was true or not as once they finally installed it we have nto heard from them and we asked them to come back and look at the loud noise it was making in addition it was still leaking. They included a 5 year warranty and maintenance package BUT as I said before we have not heard back from them. We have left multiple messages and now the phone is disconnected- they should not be listed on your site and you need to do better research as this seems to be a sketchy company that now does not exisit? They also don't have a website up anymore either.

Had several hands on this project. Jim the owner personally checked in to see the project and make sure everything was to my needs. He even went over my future concerns. Their warranty, customer service, and workmanship are excellent.

This was a rental property that I needed the furnace cleaned and serviced on. I was not happy with the tech suggesting to my tenants that we needed the air ducts cleaned and $3000 worth of work done. I can buy a new furnace for that amount., this one is only 10 years old.

Precision Air came out to fix a forty year old boiler system serving four units. Unfortunately, another repair company had botched a previous repair. The problem was like an onion, fix one thing, another layer appears needing service. Nonetheless, Joe, Jim and Roger went above and beyond to make sure the boiler system is in working order and fully restored to intended functionality. And, when that new problem would pop up, not from their work, they were there immediately to make sure heat worked during some bitterly cold days and nights. They did not give up on the problem or me when they could have. Now, I have a working boiler system with a 2 year guarantee. Thank you guys!!

Jim Ciccone was a breath of fresh air. Solved my problems and went above the all of duty.

I set up my appointment for Thursday and then called them to see if they could come earlier. They came out that afternoon on a Monday!

I did not hire them because the individual said that the split units rarely need servicing. He said that he did not want to charge me for work that did not need to be done. I was not even charged a come out fee.

Our project was completely in a timely manner. But, they moved the radiators as we had ordered but did not bother to see to turn them on and make them function. Apparently checking their work was an extra charge. The owner (Kory) was extremely condescending to his workers and us as clients. We were appalled at his behavior towards his employees.
