With the little information I was able to provide about the problem, Patrick quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Bruce and the team at Precision Air are top quality workman. They are professional, courteous and on time. Very personable and friendly. They installed my elderly parent's A/C unit and did a follow up call just to make sure everything was running ok and that they understood how the new unit worked. I felt we had extra "family" tending to my parent's A/C needs. 5 STARS :)

Precision Air ontacted me an hour after I filled out the request for a quote on Home Advisor. They had a technician at my home 2 hours after that, and the work was completed in about 45 minutes. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional, and very nice as well. I will definitely use Precision Air again in the future.

We can’t say enough about these people. They were extremely prompt, here when they said they would be and took care of our problem quickly and efficiently. We will definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to call them again.

Precision Air was onsite within a few hours of speaking with them to repair our Central AC and at a very affordable price. Patrick the technician was professional and spent time explaining everything to me. I am very satisfied with my experience with Precision Air and I recommend them to all needing HVAC services. It wasn't until after the work was complete that I realized Precision Air is a "Veteran" owned and operated company, which makes the experience even better. Came out on a Saturday, showed up when stated, diagnosed problem, was able to repair part of problem, necessary to get a new start capacitor and return this coming Monday (part specific to the a/c unit installed) Very honest, explained available options to include a way to extend the life of my air conditioner versus having to replace the entire unit now.
