The installed system is not working properly since there are areas of the basement that are still wet. It is not possible to contact this contractor with request for warranty repairs because nobody picks up the phone and their 1-800 number is constantly busy.

All of the workers were polite...very courteous. No nonsense.....got right to the job at hand. Glenn (the lead worker) is a pleasure to deal with. Goes over all of the options with the customer. If he finds other potential problems, he lets the homeowner know about it and shows that he cares about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of the customer.
