Steve Etten holds over 25 years of home improvement, carpentry and general contracting experience to date. Locally owned and operated, Precision Building, LLC, services Grand County, Colorado. With prompt, efficient turnaround time and quality workmanship, separates Precision Building apart from its competition. We complete all of our home improvement projects on time and within estimated timeframes. We guarantee our work 100%. We are also the Colorado State Representative for Advanced Building and Development. These SIP's (structurally insulated panels) walls can go up in one day on a standard house. You are able to save at least 60% on your heating bill as compared to a stick build house. They are stronger, greener and can qualify for Energy Star status and up to a $2000 tax credit. We, at Precision Building work five days per week, Monday through Friday. We offer free on-site estimates, and are fully insured! Steve called me within an hour of the initial contact. Within a week I had met him and his plumber, Joe, to evaluate a leak in the ceiling. Within another week (it is a mountain home, away from where I live) I met the guys and they quickly had the ceiling area removed, and were able to detect and fix the leak (from a drywall screw left by prior workers). Then the ceiling repair was done. Outstanding work and customer service---thanks for finding them for me

We were extremely pleased with Steve at Precision Building. He was very professional in all his interactions and very responsive in all his communications. He was competitive with his estimate. We had our small kitchen in our moutain condo completely redone with new cabinets and granite counter tops. And we are extremely pleased with the final outcome. It actually looks better than my initial conceptual vision, if you can believe that. It looks AMAZING!! I would definitely recommend Steve/Precision Building for any remodeling or building project. We would definitely have him back for any of our future remodeling needs.
