I have use the services of Precision Carpentry for more than 15 years. They have performed a variety of work, both large and small in scope, at my place of residence, including: a bathroom renovation, installation and refinishing of wood floors, new siding, front door and windows, replaced garage door, constructed a patio overhang, installed crown molding, removed old metal doors/ frames throughout the house and replaced with wood doors, installed fencing, etc. In addition, Precision Carpentry has performed numerous projects on a smaller scale, including: ripping up carpet, painting, installation of an air conditioning unit, taking down wallpaper, minor repairs, etc. All projects were successfully completed in a timely fashion. I have found the owner, Andy Schlau, and his crew to be professional, dependable, knowledgeable, punctual, reliable, and courteous. I highly recommend Precision Carpentry.

I got a beautiful new front door, a new slider door and two bedroom interior doors, and a new doggy door. They all look great and I had so many compliments. One of my girlfriends saw my front door and hired Precision to do hers as well!

Most people are apprehensive when it comes to finding a contractor you can trust. Andy is one of the most trustworthy people I have ever done business with. He is honest, on time and on schedule. Andy is a perfectionist and will not leave the job until it is done right. We have been extremely satisfied all the improvements in our home.
