I am reviewing your account and showed the cleaning technicians clocked in at 1:15 PM and left at 7:35 PM. While we do schedule appointments for 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, we also have it stated in our service agreement, some arrival times may vary within 15 min window due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for any confusion with this. All cleaning technicians conduct a walk-through with clients prior to departure. During this time, we were not made aware of anything. We stand by our work and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We do ask that clients make us aware of any issues within 24 hours of their appointment for us to resolve them. We hate to hear you were not pleased as we would have happily resolved any issues. We will definitely take this information into account to help better our company for the future."

After your satisfaction cleaning, we were under the impression you were very pleased with the services you received. Regarding your payment, we apologize for any confusion. We always reach out after services are rendered for final payment and also ensure everything met your expectations. We do provide the range that is also sent in an email prior to booking. You acknowledged this on July 6th. The range is based on the labor hours provided. We had 2 cleaners at your home 8:52 AM until 12:54 PM which is the max scheduled time frame for a standard cleaning on your size home. Once again, we do apologize for any confusion and will definitely take this information in account to help better the services we provided in the future."
