One Time Interior House Cleaning
I moved to SC from another state and requested a deep clean of the house before I moved in. I spoke with Alesha Ashworth (Operations Manager) before the cleaning. I explained the house had been vacant for 4 years and it gathered quite a bit of dust. Alesha assured me they had a **Touch Everything Policy**. That was a complete untruth! I arrived at my home expecting a clean house, I was incredibly disappointed. How on earth can you screw up cleaning a completely empty house. TWICE? I say twice because I contacted the company with photos to inform them of the exceptionally poor cleaning. Alesha was very responsive in that she sent another cleaner out in less than 24 hours. Well...the 2nd cleaner missed almost everything the 1st cleaner missed, and what she retouched was also poorly done. I called Alesha, sent additional photos and requested a partial refund. She gave a song and dance about how that may not be possible because **Thats not something we usually do** **The cleaner is still in the area, please allow her to come back to make it right** REALLY, thats what she was supposed to be doing with the 2nd clean. I was so frustrated and didnt allow the **cleaner** back into my home. A person blindfolded with one arm tied behind their back could have done a better job than any of the cleaners the company sent. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN!!!

The crew that showed up was amazing! They cleaned my elderly mothers house and they were so nice to her and did an amazing job cleaning. Anyone can clean a house, but the way that they treated my mother hooked me. I will always use Precision clean!! 5 Stars

One Time Interior House Cleaning
HIred to clean out the garage. It was raining, wanted to cancel because there was no where to move the items out of the garage for cleaning due to pouring rain. They would not cancel without charging me for deposit despite issue with the weather. Went ahead and tried to get it done anyway. Only did one wall of the garage done over two hours. Arrived with duster one broom and one person. No dustpan. I helped clean and straighten because there was only one person. Not much done for 100 dollars as they charged 50 dollars per hour which included the 50 dollar deposit. I will hire a different company next time to finish my garage as I have three other walls to go. The person who did the job had great attitude and I enjoyed her. Great person!!

It took 2 girls to clean. They talked so much, worked side by side & did a terrible job. They were late arriving & it took them over 6 hours & the house was still dirty. They left streaks everywhere. Extremely disappointed & would never use again.

While we do schedule appointments for 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, we also have it stated in our service agreement, some arrival times may vary within 15 min window due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for any confusion with this. All cleaning technicians conduct a walk-through with clients prior to departure. During this time, we were not made aware of anything. We stand by our work and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We do ask that clients make us aware of any issues within 24 hours of their appointment for us to resolve them. We hate to hear you were not pleased as we would have happily resolved any issues. We will definitely take this information into account to help better our company for the future."

The customer service team was very helpful upfront. However, I did not like the way they completed the transaction. I was given a range of price and it was an $80 disparity. I gave a $50 deposit and then my card was automatically used again without my permission to pay the remaining balance, which was of course the highest possible price I was quoted. The cleaning was not up to standard as many things were not completed as discussed or done very poorly. Upon calling to rectify, one of the cleaners was sent to re-clean and she did a GREAT job on the re-clean. Both of the cleaners were very pleasant and professional, but I would not use this company again due to the way they handle transactions.

We had 2 cleaners at your home 8:52 AM until 12:54 PM which is the max scheduled time frame for a standard cleaning on your size home. Once again, we do apologize for any confusion and will definitely take this information in account to help better the services we provided in the future."
