I strongly advise against hiring Ron from Precision Construction. His communication is awful he constantly canceled last minute, sometimes the morning of, after Id already driven 3 hours each way to be available. The work is even worse two retaining walls with gaps, uneven surfaces, and leaning. When I questioned him, he said he had done his best which was terrible and left me questioning why he took on work beyond his skillset. He agreed to fix the walls but went silent, and honestly I doubt he can. He also promised stairs but at the end claimed my soil was too soft, demanded more money, and threw a few pavers on dirt as a solution. I paid partially just to avoid conflict and told him to forget it. Other contractors I consulted said the walls are beyond shoddy and even suggested I report him. If you value professionalism or basic craftsmanship, look elsewhere. These photos are the final product, I notice unleveled, gaps, concrete speared everywhere.

I hired Ron Stickle and his two cronies to clean and re finish my deck. The whole thing was just a disaster. First thing first, his two workers can hardly articulate a sentence, they show to work with holes in their shoes, and a beat up rusty truck. Ron him, the man, he acts like a big boss. He has a huge stomach and can hardly bend. He is out of breath at every other step, so he is there just to instruct the two cronies, who do not even know what day of the week it is. A complete misery the way they work, the quality of the work done and everything in between. Please if you read this RUN AWAY.

Ron is a very unreliable professional with poor skills and lots of arrogance. His work ethics are very low, he shows up when he feels like at the time he feels like. He is heavily overweight and looks always tired and panting. I would never hire him again and I surely don't recommend him to anyone.

I hired Precision Construction LLC for a structural reinforcement project on my barn, with clear terms and timelines agreed upon. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing and has led to potential complications. Communication: Repeated assurances were given, but the follow-through on these promises was non-existent. Communication was not only sparse but also misleading. Timeliness: The work was not completed within the agreed timeframe, which was critical to coincide with other scheduled projects. Quality of Service: Essential components for the project were not procured, despite claims to the contrary. Only a fraction of the work was started, and even that was left incomplete. Professionalism: After paying a substantial deposit, I expected a professional level of service, which was not delivered. The contractor did not manage the project responsibly, which has now put me at risk of further damage and additional costs. Accountability: When confronted with these issues, the contractor made it clear that he is unwilling to refund the deposit. This stance has left me with no choice but to consider legal action to resolve the matter. I am left with an incomplete project, and a roofing crew that cannot proceed without risking damage due to the unfinished work that was supposed to support the structure. This review serves as a candid warning to others to carefully consider my experience when engaging with Precision Construction LLC.

Precision Construction was recommended to us by our electrician who was always trustworthy, reliable, and professional, we trusted his recommendation. To insure we were making the right decision, we then read all their reviews on Home Advisor and thought we would be hiring a professional, competent, and as their name states, Precision construction team. We could not have been more wrong and really should have taken note of their bad review stating how unreliable they were because that is exactly what we got. Prior to our job starting Ron was very attentive and professional. He helped us order the materials needed, going over every detail with us, promising to give us what we were hiring him for, which was installing decking on one deck, railings on two decks and cladding a canopy. Stating he was on board with it all, telling us that if were we not satisfied with any of his work, he would happily correct any issues. We too were initially impressed with Rons seemingly professional attention to what we wanted and believed him to be a man of his word. As is the case with construction as the job progresses often there are issues that occur. Unfortunately there were a number of mistakes that Ron and his team made that were not correctable as they were damaging to the materials we bought. We chose to move on knowing that mistakes can happen and Ron would stand by his word. Throughout our job we mentioned to him that we had future construction work pending that we would like to hire him for and he said he was interested. Upon *completion* Ron mentioned to us that he thought the railings he installed on our two decks *would benefit from some additional support* and that he *would be coming back to install the supports, just give a call*. We paid Ron feeling that he took pride in his work and the integrity to honor his commitments. We believed that even after closer inspection if there was anything we were not happy with, he would keep his word to fix it and be back to install the supports that he suggested. We had no reason to think otherwise. Wrong! We contacted Ron numerous times to arrange his return but to no avail as he never responded. We are left with a job that is sloppy and uneven, haphazard and cheap looking, not at all worth the price. Ron finally did get in touch with us leaving this text: *My work is fully completed. If you were not happy with the work you should not have paid me. I have worked around your schedule I changed multiple things to make them how you wanted them even though we discussed otherwise. I have eaten the bullet a lot. And you are acting like you are the victim! I went above and beyond for you.* That was his response to clients who treated him with kindness and respect? Is that what he calls a job *eating the bullet* ? Honest? Professional? Honoring his word? I think not. A man of his word would have the decency to act as such. That was not our experience with Ron and Precision construction, more like take the money and run, then accuse your client of being victimized! Buyer BEWARE! Jeckle and Hyde!

Beyond my expectations. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable. Outstanding quality of work. Shows up on time, knows his stuff, works fast efficient and precise. He makes sure everything is leveled. He double checks every aspect of his work. Definitely well experienced. When the town presented issues he did his homework on his personal time and was well prepared to overcome those issues. Ron is my permanent contractor for life on any of my properties. You will not find a better contractor to deal with.

Outstanding Company and people. Courteous, very prompt, do all they can to make you happy and their work is solid and strong. Also they finished on time, cleaned up all debris and all around very pleasant in every aspect.

I hired them with the understanding that reliability was extremely important to me. In the beginning, they were very reliable. When they came to finish the job and get paid, I pointed out that they had failed to power wash one section of the house. They were very apologetic and said they would be back the next day (Thursday 9/17/20) to finish the job. Since they had been reliable I paid them expecting them to come the next day. They did not. When I called Friday morning, Ron was very apologetic and promised he would be there Saturday and call before he came. I called him twice Saturday and left a message. He has yet to return my calls and the job is still not complete. Very unfortunate because I believed they would honor their commitment but unfortunately that was not the case. Update 09/22/20 they called on Monday and came on Tuesday and completed the job.

They came quickly to give us an estimate. Then they showed up on the day and time agreed. The job was done quickly and well. When they left they cleaned up the site. I would hire them again!

Ron and Ray were professional and courteous. They also had suggestions and ideas that made the process smoother. They stained an old wood floor and replaced baseboards. I would use Precision Construction again.
