Precision Contracting, LLC, was founded in the 2001 by Dan Emery. A General Contractor for over eight years, Dan has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of contracting. Dan is constantly taking courses to stay up to date with current trends. Our specialties includes Windows, Mold Remediation, Lead Abatement, Roofing, Siding, Drain Tile Systems, Landscaping, Decks, Plumbing, Electrical, Flooring, and Masonry. Whatever the project may bring, Precision Cantracting will work hard to make sure your project is completed on time and within budget. Precision Contracting currently employs 20 professionals, so no job is too big or too small. We have a large assortment of professional equipment, including a crane for taller buildings. We run background checks on all of our professionals and can handle your project at an affordable price.

The work is great quality and people a extremely friendly. Only issue is that projects take longer than stated times and it is very hard to get an answer when you call. It usually resulted in someone calling back a few hours to a day later.

Dan Morgan was very professional, and knowledgeable about the different molds. Knowledgeable about the products they would use to encapsulate the mold. He was always availbe for any questions I had. I would recommend this company for other projects. The only thing, they did leave bags of grabage that I thought they were going to take with them. Julie E
