When installs the countertop a piece broke off and they could have just put a small seam behind the stovetop and it would have never showed. Instead the put a large seam in a very obvious place. To this day my guest notice it and comment on it. Just discovered today that I could do a review

The sales person was very helpful in selecting the products. The project manager kept me well informed of the schedule. The various technicians and workmen were friendly and efficient. The product is beautiful. There was one small finishing detail I was not advised about. There is a small gap between the granite overhang and the drawers which is visible from a sitting position. The firm that leveled my counters prior to granite install (recommended by Precision Countertops) will return to install a corner round trim to finish it off.

I purchased Countertops and Vanity tops at Home Depot on July 2019 for them to be installed in September 2019. Received a voicemail from Precision Countertops in September 2019, stating that they needed over an additional $1000 more or they Will NOT install (I believe: blackmail???). I REFUSED AND went to HD to try to find out what happened and why I am being charged more by their subcontractor, they said the contractor remeasured (although they did not even go to the house?) and I need to pay more. I refused, since I had measured the countertops myself, my GC measured, HD measured themselves, and Standerford (a local contractor) had measured. They all had the same measurement and drawings, they had no explanation but said **if I did not pay, they would not install**. I paid this **scam** reluctantly since it seemed they would not make the install date of September 29, 2019. Next, they said it was delayed for a month, terrible but again no recourse so I waited. They then pushed back install to November then December until the 19th of December... So, after being three months late they installed in December 2019 but the countertops did not look right. My GC (general contractor) was there and the installer asked me if I knew that they had a seam in the wrong place and that the stone was different on each side of the seam. My wife and I viewed the countertops after the install and were shocked that it was not what we ordered and the stone was not uniform and the seam was in a dangerous place and according to my GC and the company installing (not precision, not HD, but another third party) stated it may crack at the seams, due to poor placement (if we put anything heavy on that area). I was furious and spoke with Precision (in Washington). The girl I was talking to was removed from the case and a new PM (named Brady) told me they would refund my money so I could get a local contractor to replace it. HD got involved and I asked them for a refund and to cover any additional costs with a new contractor. I spoke with many different people and finally got no resolution. I emailed executives at HD but they pushed me off to their Admin Assistant who just stalled me and finally sent me a letter on April 07, stating they cannot give me a refund and that is it. The manager from The local store wanted to visit the house and I offered to have someone meet him there since I was not in the area, he never replied to my emails or calls, and they secretary of the Executives sent me a letter stating I was not available for a site visit which is incorrect. So, it has been over 11 months and they refuse to give me a refund. I have sent over 40 emails and called many different people, but there is no accountability. There are 3 different parties involved in this travesty: 1)Precision (the ones who **fraudulently** up charged me and installed 3 months late). 2) HD, the company I paid and have been in contact with and 3) the local installer who made me aware of the danger of the seam and he actually told me to contact HD or Precision to try to figure out why they did that. I just want a refund for countertops and I will deal with the replacement. I have incurred on a lot of costs (having to pay my GC to meet and help the local installer) and since Precision did not make the schedule, I had to get someone to the property to meet them and work with them. I tried in good faith to resolve this but have become increasingly irritated as I am pushed off to different people at different companies in different areas to try to resolve it. It has been almost a year and we have no resolution.

All work was scheduled, installed and completed as promised. The bathroom has been transformed, it s absolutely beautiful!

Everything was positive about my experience. They gave me a schedule, including time windows when they would be on site, and they met the schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Precision is exactly that precise and top quality. From start to finish a joy to work with and the quality of countertops is amazing!!! We have used this company now for 2 huge projects! Kitchen remodel last year and a double bathroom remodel + countertop on built in shelves in living room this year. Wont use anyone else!

They were an excellent team, from sales to installers to plumbers. I cannot rate them in terms of expense, as I've nothing to compare this project to. Hence the "middling" response on that question, . But the service and the product were tops. YES, I would recommend them to anyone.

They called and emailed me, always keep me informed of time and day they would be out to install the countertops

Very professional crew, cleaned as they worked so there was no mess during or after the job, very knowledgeable. Was a pleasure working with this company, they kept me posted, every step of the install, even showed up earlier than scheduled to get the job done. Great work!

I really appreciated how clearly all communicated with me and the commitment to scheduling they exhibited. Also it was wonderful to work with Marilyn Wright because she listened well and wanted me to have the counters and backsplash I wanted, rather than pushing ideas I didnâ t really want (which happened to me at another establishment). I was surprised and pleased to actually less than the estimate. This strikes me as evidence of integrity in pricing. In addition to Marilyn, they were all very good to work with. The template team explained to me very clearly what to expect and then delivered what they promised. I used them for laminate and Silestone products.
