They recently completed an entire basement remodel at my home in Odenton, MD, and their performance was truly outstanding from start to finish. From day one, communication was clear, and they strictly adhered to the agreed-upon timeline. Unlike many construction experiences, there were no unexpected delays, and they completed the project right on schedule.The quality of their work is simply phenomenal. Our siding at failed during the summer rains resulting in exterior and interior drywall damage. Chris and his team were honest, accurate, and accommodating to our needs and budget. The team was very responsive to messages and understanding to our finances. I can’t wait to work with them again!

The scope of the project - a relatively small one for a big contractor- included power washing and leveling the flagstone pavers around the pool and cleaning/repairing the pavers on the driveway and the access path in the backyard. As the work progressed, we realized that significantly more pavers were needed than we and the contractor had anticipated and that a change order was required. Precision Craft handled the original project and the change order professionally, with attention to details and with concern for our budget. The project was thus completed as scheduled and within the (revised) budget.

Wonderful job finish the work and it looked great. Would hire him again in a second great communications between the office and the customer prices were excellent. I would highly recommend.

It was a real pleasure working with Cristopher and his team. They were timely, efficient, and very professional throughout the entire process. We especially appreciated their flexibility in working around our schedule, often completing work outside of our office hours. Most of the work was done over the weekend after we closed on Saturday, and by the time we arrived on Monday or Tuesday, our office was fully operational and in great condition. Highly recommend!

Cris and his team were great and easy to work with. They ran power for a ceiling fan installation and installed a new light in my attic. Another one his crews rebuilt my bay window, removing the old siding and installing a new one. When I had a issue or questions, they were happy to help and ease my concerns. I would highly recommend them.

Cris was the most amazing contractor. He’s unbelievably qualified, kind, brilliant, and overall caring. I needed a space for my elderly parents. Cris developed a beautiful plan for the basement. He talked everything over and explained it plainly so I could understand. He executed the plan with precision, speed, and meticulous accuracy. The space is beautiful. He created a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, an island, beautiful cabinets, …the whole 9. I am not a designer so Cris stepped in. He had a beautiful vision and he made an amazing space! He built a full kitchen, a full bathroom, a bedroom with a closet, a laundry room, and re-carpeted the whole downstairs. As a testament to his character, my mom was lost walking around the house. Cris was coming over to check in and he saw her. He stopped, parked his car, and walked my mother home. I’m forever grateful. I will hire Cris for every project in my home. I have a deck I want converted to a screened in and I want my bathroom updated. Cris and his company are the only ones I’ll ever hire. You will find peace in choosing Cris.

Cris and his team are incredible. They are so talented and were so helpful in the creation of our basement. Cris built a beautiful kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and laundry room. Cris, Edwin and the team worked on my roof and some interior leaks we had and they did a great job. Quick, looks good and reasonable priced. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I am extremely happy with the results of my remodel. I only had the shower and tub area of my bathroom remodeled and it came out awesome. Looking forward to the next project. The crew was great. They were very professional and friendly. Made sure I was happy with everything prior to cleaning up and did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

The contractor replaced outdated cabinets and sink. In the process, I also increased my counter space. A bonus was the construction of an island…adding more storage space for cooking utinsels and provided some food preparation area. I would recommend the timeliness, quality, and professionalism of Precision Craft Contractors without hesitation. I am extremely pleases with my final product.
