Wow... I got calls about when to expect them and they were right on time. Ricardo was a true professional and fixed my garage door and we are looking at an estimate to bring both doors up to date. Btw, Ricardo said I would have the estimate in my e-mail in 20 minutes and I did. This kind of customer service makes me very happy!

I did have more fixed then I expected and paid more but the decision was mine. Rather than just replace the springs, I also replaced the wheels, cables and paid an extra $100 for a lifetime warranty. My springs broke in the 8th year next time I won't pay for the replacement if the lifetime warranty holds up.
