only thing I was unhappy about it the person misspoke and said something would be done and I was latter told they do not do that. So they just need to train the person who quotes a little more on what can and cannot be done. But work was very professional and team very nice.

The work done was excellent; however, the cost was considerably more than I expected. My expectation was based on what was published on the internet as cost to replace a spring.

Decided to move forward with changing the old style garage door opener to a Lift Master servo driven opener. Researched pricing before contacting anyone so knew what to expect. Precision was the first company I contacted and just had the right feel from the initial phone call through the entire install. The technician, Thomas was professional and efficient. There was a slight hiccup with fitting the opener to the garage door. Thomas handled it without any bs, it was something they hadnâ  tà  encountered and they handled without making any excuses. My point is the response and the taking responsibility for the installed ensured a successful result. This team did what it took to make sure the job was done right and customer satisfaction was there goal.

The work always looks easy when the worker knows what he is doing. Watching Jeremy work it seems like the new garage door installation was an easy process. His work demonstrates that "Precision" is the right name for this company.

Price is high

I was very pleased at the speed at which they were able to get to my house. Just a couple of hours and they were on the job. And at the low end of when they said they'd be there. It was a little pricey but I'm unfamiliar with the cost of this type of repair. That said, Josh was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was surprised at how quickly he completed the repair.

The owner himself came out to provide the estimate. Promised his price and quality couldn’t be beat. After gathering other estimates, I gave Phoenix the job. He came back out that same afternoon and completed the job! The workmanship was excellent and he was polite and patient. Whole project from initial call to completion was done in the same day and for a very good price! Highly recommended!
