Had a great experience today. One of the door cables broke and my door ended up cockeyed and wedged in the opening. Rob was at my house 45 minutes after I called and got everything fixed up.

We discovered on a Saturday afternoon that our garage door was having trouble opening. After a quick and friendly phone call, they were able to schedule us for 8:00 a.m. the very next day. I really appreciated that they offer weekend appointments without treating it as an “emergency” service. Rob arrived right on time and explained the issues in a way that was easy to understand. He walked us through what absolutely needed to be repaired (our broken springs) and helped us choose the right grade of replacement springs for our needs. He also pointed out a few smaller maintenance items and gave us the option to address them without any pressure. We decided to complete a couple of those repairs since they fit within our budget. Rob was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The entire repair took about an hour, and our garage door is working great again. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
