My garage door was off balance and uneven. I called Precision Door Service's emergency service, because it was a Labor Day weekend and my garage door wouldn't close. Chris Hisaw was my technician. He arrived earlier than expected which was great! He diagnosed and promptly balanced my garage door. He was friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone. Excellent technicians. Excellent service. Reasonable prices.

Great ? Responded immediately and arrived within about an hour (on Sunday). Suggested I replace both not just 1 so I did. I told him about the backup battery on the opener was dead. He had the replacement on the truck so I had him replace it also!!! 2 and one half hours from problem to solution how could I ask for more?
