First I was able to get someone out within 2 hours, just great. Tim did a great job in accessing the current system and asking what I was looking to accomplish. Had a new Genie 3/4 hp and what quiet difference to my builder grade chain drive. All parts work perfectly and we programmed both cars and the door pad in minutes. Great overall experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Bob Strauss from Precision Garage Door of Delaware, and I could not be more impressed with his professionalism and expertise. I called on Super Bowl Sunday, and despite the timing, they quickly responded and scheduled me for the very early Monday morning. Bob took the time to explain all my options for replacing my garage door opener, from a top-of-the-line model with all the bells and whistles to a more practical, cost-effective belt-driven system. I went with the belt-driven system, and Bob had it installed and functioning perfectly in just 30 minutes. He made sure everything was working at its best before he left.
