Gave me a complete price for installation of one spring, including service call and gas sur-charge. Arrived and said policy to only install 2 springs at a time. Cost almost doubled.

I am not at all satisfied with the service quality.The technician came late and only took a minute to tell me that the equipment needs to be replaced. I was surprised that he did not even try opening the box or checking if anything else is damaged inside. He just gave a flat answer that there is a computer inside that is damaged. I do not think he did anything different that what I had tried before. The reason I had called the technician to tell me the exact problem, but it was a waste of money for me.Also I was charged 10$ more than what I was told before. I short the service quality was very poor.
