I would , definitely use Precision Door Service , again. The quality of service and serviceman , was EXCELLENT. He was very thorough in giving an accessment for the future owner to know what would be need on one of the garage doors. I kept informantion to pass on to new owner of this house. If I ever need them in my new house, I would definitely call Precison Door Service.

Fast response and the tech listened and gave us the best route to our door repair. The pricing was fine and the work was A plus.

The technician, Robert, was very polite, professional, and honest, and the end result was perfect. I will use Precision on any future garage door needs!

Their response time was excellent and ultimately the job was very well done. The only thing keeping the rating from a 5 was the the cost issue, as the original estimate and the final cost was quite different. I would still recommend this company, but just make sure you come to a full understanding of exactly what your needs are before agreeing to perform the work.

We were so happy with Scott he was so nice and pointed out the problems and what was going to happen if not repaired so we went with what he said and the garage door is working so much better. This company showed up on time and did a great job. The installers were very friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. My garage door and opener looks and works great. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

He was really professional, explained everything and did the work very quickly. It was a weekend as well so he was very helpful.

VERY impressed with the communication skills of the technicians we dealt with. I had complete confidence that they could answer any questions I had clearly. The actual work was done efficiently. I thought they were a bit pricey but I felt they were going to do quality work. And they appear to have done so. A little disappointed that they left some scraps of old door moulding in the driveway and did not put a light bulb in the garage door opener...I had to get a ladder and figure out how to remove the cover and but in a bulb myself...in the dark. That seemed unnecessary. But I highly recommend them and have a feeling the guys that installed the door will hit themselves on the head for forgetting to clean up everything and for forgetting to install the bulb. I am sure they would have loved the full 5 point score they otherwise would have earned. The door is QUIET!!!
