    Installer was Jon Consiglo. i was beyond impressed with his straight talk and explanations. I have no idea who initially installed this door but apparently had no real experience. It was a pleasure to meet him and nice to see someone who is great at his job!!

    We had to have broken garage door springs replaced. Jon Consiglio from Precision Garage Door of West Michigan was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and great to interact with. He gave me a quote, made the repairs in an efficient and timely fashion and instructed me in how to do routine maintenance. I would definitely use them again if and when needed.

    Good fast work but way overpriced, need to change their name, not affordable for retires, charge $320 for a $100 spring and total $722 for the job, shop around

    Jon did a great job on the repair of the spring and motor on our garage door. His knowledge of the work was exceptional. He was able to explain what needed to be done and did not put any pressure on us, but allowed us to have time to make a decision that best fit our needs at the time. We will definitely use Precision Garage Door again and would be very comfortable choosing Jon as the one who did the work.

    Customer service was wonderful My technician was Connor Scane and he was wonderful. Polite told me what I needed and took care of it then which was wonderful because I could not lift the door. I have done business with Precision before and always happy with their work. Very good guy. Thank you
