Needed garage door opener repaired/replaced in the morning and the tech was here early. The unit needed to be replaced and he got it done very quickly given the temperatures. The new opener is quiet and the price was very reasonable.

This company was terrific! They came out quickly and the two techs had me back and running in no time at all. I had 2 openers replaced after a lightening strike killed my old ones. The techs were very polite and thorough. Thanks Precision!!

Work done expeditiously and apparently satisfactorily. However, I had to be careful of service representives upselling efforts. Certain recommendations (replacing perfectly good woven wire cables) were (I believe) unnecessary. Made me feel uncomfortable during the repair work session. Then, signatures (required for not buying all the recommended items) weakened/invalidated the expected warranty. Do not appreciate this (Precisions) practice. Price for work performed deemed fair.
