"Theresa - It is important to note that the homeowner must be present for the scheduled date of inspection and a miscommunication amongst the contractor, Precision and you have led to an unprecedented situation. Due to the quality of work of the general contractor, Precision had to work around the sizing and leveling of the garage door opening. As a result, the quality of work we strive for could not be performed. As for the permit, the paperwork was handed to the contractor the day of installation.
