I can highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. I called to make an appointment to have them install a new backup battery in my garage door opener. Much to my surprise they showed up within an hour of my call! Derek was professional and courteous. NO service call charge!!! Only charged for new battery. I now have them on speed dial. Call them. You won't be disappointed.

We wet 100% satisfied with the professionalism of Derick our service technician from Precision. He said they had same day services and he stayed late to replace our garage door motor, wheels, key pad open door beams, etc. but he also greased our spring and each door panel hinge and our garage opening and close is the quietest it’s been in 20 years. It’s nice to e able count on professionals who actually back up when they advertise.

The installer and estimator provided excellent service.

I called and was scheduled an appointment within 2 days; great! My technician Cameron was absolutely OUTSTANDING! He quoted me prior to any work, explained in detailed the issue, provided a walkthrough of what he would do to remedy the problem and then fixed it.... that day. This included the replacement of a 10-12 foot bar I assumed would require me to make another appointment for him to replace. No, he came prepared with all tools and parts needed to complete the job without a repeat visit! Job WELL DONE A++! I felt secure leaving him unattended in the garage to finish the work and when I walked into the garage I always found him working, not on his phone like other repairmen I have had. Cameron was professional and courteous. He was not annoyed that I asked questions and even made suggestions about future repairs that I could make to avoid costly ones later down the road, like preventative maintenance. I have no idea if this is company training or just a good technician. Judging by the rating other customers have given though I can safely assume this is mostly good hiring techniques and training in combination with a great tech. My only regret is I did not call them sooner and that they do not build storage sheds. I will be recommending this company, specifically Cameron, to anyone needing garage door installation or repairs. I hope they let me know if they build storage sheds in the future and other honey-do stuff I was tasked with by the wife

My Service Tech was on time and very professional. He submitted a quote and for the repair I needed was the best price. An earlier company quoted that the job required 2.5 hours and Precision quoted 30 minutes and could do the job right now. Other company couldnâ t schedule until a later date. I accepted the quote from Precision and the work was done to my satisfaction. When I need any garage work in the future Precision is my go to company.
