Very competent and very prompt in being contacted on a Sat afternoon. Total price is probably quite a bit higher than if I waited until Monday and used another vendor. $500 price to replace spring and Lift Master gear total time which took less than 45 minutes seems high, but it was during a weekend.

Arrived promptly. The service technician called me with the estimate as this is a rental and I live in another city. He explained everything that would be needed to repair the door. New rollers, track etc. When the repair was finished he called me back and stated the door still would not work because the springs were bad. Wanted like another 400.00. I feel like he should have known this before. I did not have him do anything further. I would no recommend this company.

Cory was on time gave me a price for the work and was done in an hour . Added door tune up for free. Our door works great and make much less noise when moving . We are very has with Precision overhead Door's work.

The repairman was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. In fact he managed to save us more than $800.00 by repairing the damage in lieu of completely replacing the entire garage door. George was the repairmans name.

The installers were professional and did an excellent job. We are so pleased with our new garage door opener and remotes. Thank you precision door ❤️

We paid the $40 service fee to have them come out to repair our garage door opener. "George" the technician said our springs needed to be replaced - they weren't strong enough for our garage door. We just had them replaced last year! After much back and forth he said they just need to be adjusted. FRUSTRATING! How do you trust people like that? How do you know what really needs to be repaired?? They would make a great living - have a wonderful reputation and be very successful IF they would be honest and stop trying to gouge customers!!

I would never hire them again . The salesperson was awesome, polite and courteous, very honest and educational. Quick transaction, came on time, and delivered as promised, The installer call me an idiot and told to never call his number again when I called to return a missed call I saw in my phone. Sad for a company that tries hard to deliver awesome service and drops the ball training their installers and not training to teach them not to call their customers idiots, I will never recommend them again !

My Garage door has never worked so well. At first I thought the price was a little high but then you know you get what you pay for don't you. Service man was there on time and did a very good job. I will recomend thim to my friends.

I thought their paperwork process was a little slow.

we,believe we were gouged by this company for the service performed, we were astounded by the charges and feel we were misled. Management did not return two phone messages from me to discuss this matter. Senior citizens beware.!!

Professional, Excellent, Polite, Helpful and not Pushy! Great Service!

My wife handled the selection process. She said Precision explained everything in detail to her and felt confident they could do the job. We didn't need a new door, we needed a repair. They are a very professional and knowledgeable company.

My garage door would not open. The remote clicker nor the button in the garage was opening the door. Within less than 1 minute I got a call from Precision. The nicest lady said she could send someone out. She couldnt quote me a cost without knowing what was wrong but if I didnt get any service the tech coming to look would cost under $40. When the tech came he looked at the motor. It was plugged in! But when he turned on a light switch and tested the door it worked! I had switched off the power. Whoops! Now that it was working he said the door sounded a little loud and offered to tune it up. For $60 its quieter and running really great!

This is the worst contractor I ever worked with. Bottom line: took over 6 months to get 3 garage doors installed after numerous mistakes and reorders, they did not return phone calls most of the time, I never recieved an invoice -- only a charge on my credit card, I was never kept informed of progress or actions taken to fix mistakes.

I was impressed with the technician's knowledge, work ethic, courtesy. He almost fixed my problem on the first call, but something happened in the next couple of days which prompted me to call him back. He responded the next day, found the remaining problem and fixed it. I was not able to get competitive bids**, which is unfortunate, because by gut tells me the price I paid was too high. **Your promise of competitive bid opportunity is somehat devalued by the fact that Precision, at least, required a $40 service charge to come out and diagnose the problem. If two others did the same, I'm out at least $80 before I start.

I was pleased with the pricing. They were all too expensive, but they did a nice job. I think that contractors look down on woman, they took their time to explain with they were doing. So I understood what they were doing did not talk down to me.
