They came and I could not leave work in time and they offered to return later. When they came back the assured me there was nothing wrong with the door and the noises and jerkines was the results of the cheap builder quality opener and they explained how and what to do smooth out the operation of the door. The standard charge for a repair estimate was charged and to offset that they lubricated the door and all the moving parts. Good professional employee will use them next time to replace the opener

Fast, friendly, affordable, and very professional, exactly what I was looking for. Precision contacted me immediately and came to my home that very same day. The technician arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. My garage door runs very smooth and much quieter then it ever been before. Garage Door Opener Installation and Replacement
Precision contacted me with in minutes of sending my request to Service Magic. A representative from Precision by the name of Charlie came out and repaired our garage door. I had compared a few companies and Precision stood out for their warranties and customer service, not to mention they waived the service call and did not have an hourly or labor rate like the other companies. Charlie replaced both springs, rollers, etc.. and gave us a lifetime warranty on everything. My family and I don't have to worry about the door not working any loner, our door is covered! Overall I am very satisfied with the service and I will refer Precision.

Garage Door Installation and Replacement
I had work done before at a cheaper price and boy did I pay!!! The work was done with cheap parts and only lasted couple of years. The rust proof springs make sense that they will last longer and my technician was very though in how my door work.

Garage Door Repair
Jeff Rankin fixed the door but did not pecisely put back the left side drun all the way to the left. This cause the lift cable to slip and the door was yanked out of ti's track and throw the track in deformity. Charley came and proffessionally fixed everything right. A simple mistake can be costly. The job was overpriced.
