I needed someone to evaluate the structural soundest of my house which was experiencing some problems. They came at the appointed time, assessed the problem and told me that I didn't need to worry. And I was charged a very reasonable price for their time.

I needed engineering to raise an 8' ceiling in an old 1947 ranch style home.. I wanted a vaulted ceiling and needed an engineer to size my beams. I gave them some CAD sketches and my approved remodel plans and they went from there. They met me at the job the same day as the request. I was very pleased with the drawings they provided for the building department. THe price was negotiated on the spot and it was more than fair. The work was completed very fast. I would hire them again.

I hired John to work on structural issues associated with my house purchase and subsequent strengthening work. John was punctual, responded rapidly to changing situations, and his plans and calculations passed muster with the permit people. I would hire John & Mihaela Eng. again for engineering work.
