Nick sat down with me, told me what he was going to do and why, I took pictures at every step. He removed huge amounts of lint which had hardened into clumps closing the vent opening and creating a huge fire hazard. His equipment was right on -- he suctioned out part of the lint from the roof, and the rest from the dryer through the vent to the roof. He is extradinarily compentent and I am very satisfied. Will recommend him to my children and anyone who asks and I have the pictures to prove it.

Nick identified the problem after his complete cleaning of both the dryer and vent pipe. I used another company back in February of 2019 . BGE subsequently had to replace fuse and heating element in the dryer in June of this year. Fuse again failed last week. Nick cleaned a pre-filter in the dryer that was not cleaned by the other company or BGE. He will be cleaning the vent schedule we set up and I will not use any other company!
