Prompt, efficient, good service and good fees

Great response time, work was done same day, they actually worked in my backyard with flashlights to get my power back on. After the initial job however communication became a bit haphazard.

Cannot say anything BAD at all .. I LOVE THIS GUY! VERY honest and personable, some of the work was alittle pricey but considering all he had to do, it was worth it. Used him twice already and have another project already lined up for him unknown to him yet but he will know tommorow..LOL

They have done a great job so far. Work not quite done yet.

Technician arrived on time, accessed the problem with the fan and was able to make necessary adjustments on site. Previous repair service, Lamps Plus where I had purchased this Minka fan, reported it unrepairable. Glad I didn't stop there.

I know how much electrotechnical people charge per job and I think he was responsible and did a great job. He also answered other questions I had

Thus far, I can't comment on the quality of their work, just their reliability. I received a phone call from them through Home Advisor, we discussed the project, and Mario said he would call me within the hour when he got back to the office to set a time for him to start the project. I did not hear back from him that day. I left a message the next day, and another message the day after, and finally heard back 2 days after our initial call. We set a date and time and he didn't show up. Disappointed - you would think he would try to keep a paying customer!

After a slight mix-up on dates, (our fault), the work was all done in the same day and Mario's crew knew their stuff and did a great job.

Mario was professional, timely, friendly, and did excellent work. I would hire him again!

Mario is proactive and really knows his business it is very obvious. He delivers what he says he's going to do.

The electricians were first rate in all respects but I do have an issue with the "Home Advisor Service". It is supposed to be, and advertised, as a FREE service yet from the beginning I was asked for my credit card info and told about the CHARGES: $125.00 then $59.00. I needed the work done but now consider it just a scam.

Mario and his team are very thorough, courteous, and professional. They installed a new electrical panel and diagnosed other issues i had and fixed the problem. He recommended that i should rewire the whole house because of the state the wires were in. I WILL definitely hire Precision Electrical Systems, INC. when I'm ready for that job. They are the "GO TO" people for ALL my electrical needs and should be for yours as well.

He was very good at what he does. He has a lot of experience and I would recommend to anyone needing electrical work done.

Timely response to our need and goth things working quickly. Since my knowledge of electricity ends where the two prongs go into the wall, Precision could have really taken advantage of us. Indeed, we were expecting a more expensive remedy!

Very professional and kind. I was told by a previous company that the work would be impossible but Precision Electric took the time to find the problem and it turned out to be an easy fix.

These men did a great job, were quick, thorough, and respectful. We are quite satisfied.
