Precision Enterprises

His work is fine, very good, but he was rushed and did not finish the job, and will not respond the attempts to contact him.

Installation quality was excellent and installer knowledgeable. Work was not finished. Did not respond to e-mail asking when he would return to finish job probably because I foolishly had paid him in full and trusted his word that he would come back to finish job.

Very knowledgeable and professional at all times.

Great customer service!

...

They came and gave a good quote. They have gotten most of the job done and did a great job and were totally competent and trustworthy. However, the job isn't done yet (2 weeks later because of unforeseen circumstances) and they promised to come back and finish the work. I'm still waiting for the work to be finished at this time but they seem nothing but trustworthy. I would recommend them to others but still need to confirm that the job will be finished to my liking.

Very knowledgeable and flexible.

Very professional, got the job done took there time an went above and beyond to make sure the job was done wright . It was a wonderful experience.

The professionalsm ant attention to detail was outstanding. Got the job done in one day. The price was great! Will hire him again.

I can't say enough good things about Precision Enterprises, in particular Harold Hampton. From the moment he arrived things began to work that hadn't worked for years. Wiring a ceiling fan/light to work on the light switch for the room, moving the wiring for Comcast, from one side of the room to the other via the basement and drilling thru concrete to come up the wall and mounting the TV on a bracket was just the beginning. He advised that we get a smaller TV settop box which he installed behind the TV so it was not visible. The installation was clean, no wires showing. He also replaced several 2 prong electrical outlets with three prong outlets. In his travels to Home Depot, he help us find two men to move a couch from a neighbor's house to ours, since the people we had hired were no shows. He is very pleasant and cheerful to have around the house. I will miss him. I hope to find more work for him around our house so we can see him again.

Mounted a 65' inch TV overtop of my fire place. Did an excellent job.

This is definitely a top tier company! I would wholeheartedly recommend Precision to anyone who needs mounting or any entertainment system services. They showed great professionalism, quality service, and they were willing to go the extra-mile to ensure I (the customer) was satisfied. I bought a mount that didn't fit my wall, and he was willing to go to Home Depot and make a purchase for plywood, paint, drywall etc. to make sure the mount would fit and I was satisfied with their work.

Mr. Hampton arrived on time and completed the project quickly. He cleaned up after completing the job. He also set up the multiple devices at no additional charge. Next time I need AV help, I'll be calling Mr. Hampton again.

Harold was very knowledgeable and did not try to overcharge even though he was aware that I was extremely unfamiliar with electrical installation and home improvement as a whole.
