They completed the Job in two days ,handled all the city permits, was respectful of our property, and did a fantastic job. our patio sidewalk and shed base are really nice and the company offered great suggestions for water run off and did s great job of cleaning up after finishing I would highly recommend this company.

Concrete and Stamping Review August 28 thru 31, 2019: Precision Exteriors, LLC did a fantastic job installing our new concrete driveway with stamped side strips, stamped entry walkway and concrete sidewalk to our patio. This was a big job by my standards, and Misael and crew completed it in 4 days. It would have been completed within 3 days had the village inspector been available on the 3rd day. Misael and crew were very professional, curtious and meticulously detailed in their design, application and execution. Clean up was very good. Many of our neighbors openly admired how everything looked upon completion. My wife and I weren't exactly sure how the finished product would look, because we picked the style and colors from a brochure. So we could only hope the finished project would meet our expectations. We are happy to say we were more than satisfied with how nice everything looks. I give Mussel and Precision 5 Stars, for the quality of their work, and attention to detail. There was one item worth mentioning that I wish would have been handled different. Several weeks had past before they returned to re-apply the skin finish on the concrete porch, which was discolored immediately after the initial application. I felt they should have come back much sooner to make all of their work look uniform. Although, this was likely due to their extremely busy schedule. Despite my latter comments, I recommend Misael and Precision Exteriors be considered for any concrete and stamping project you might have.

Our negotiations with the city were lengthy (about 7 months) and Misael stayed in contact with me throughout. I talked to a couple of companies that seemed to be less expensive, but I found that they had an extra charge for planing the curb to fit the new configuration of the driveway. When that was added to the cost, there was little difference in the price. The Precision Exterior crew worked diligently. I am home during the day and was surprised at how early in the afternoon they finished. The workmanship was excellent and my family is very happy with our improved access.

The crew worked very hard for 12 hours. Courteous and clean up after themselves. Appeared they had done a great job at first. However, within a week it rained hard and had a crack in the concrete. The worker came and repaired it and left a BIG MESS of splashed concrete on our newly seal coated driveway... I am furious. Do not want them here again.

We made the regrettable decision to hire Precision Exterior Contractors to repair concrete outside of our home. Precision Exterior Contractors and the main employee named Misael Robles were unprofessional and worst of all, provided terrible service and poor-quality work. The concrete that Misael and the company laid soon cracked and experienced discoloration. When I called to report these issues, Precision Exterior Contractors and Misael Robles confirmed a date and time to come out to our home and inspect their shoddy work. We cleared our schedule to only have Precision Exterior Contractors and Misael Robles never showed up. To make matters worse, they never called to inform us that they would not make their appointment. After calling Precision Exterior Contractors after they failed to show up, they contradicted and negated their warranty and claimed nothing is in writing and that they could not repair their poor-quality work. If you are considering hiring Precision Exterior Contractors for any job or any project, beware of the consequences and please make the wise choice of hiring another company or contractor.

Misael and his crew were great. Very courteous, hardworking and professional. The brickwork that was installed looks great! Would highly recommend.

One of the few people in the area to install dry wells. Stopping my back yard from flooding has reduced so many other problems I was having with my foundation and water coming into the house. They did such a good job I hired them for concrete work also.

Misael and his crew installed a 20x30 stamped concrete patio and sitting wall and fire pit. Pedro the Foreman was great, overall VERY happy with the outcome, the crews, multiple involved in our project, were courteous, hard working and a pleasure to deal with. I do not hesitate to recommend and use for any future projects.
