He called right away, came out and gave me an estimate. I called him back and he was able to come out the next day to doi the repairs. He did an excellent job. He was very professional and easy to talk with. He explained everything he did to make the repairs.

The fence that was installed was a big disappointment. The initial installation was entirely crooked and I had to call for 2 weeks to get them to redo the front to be level and cut some of the overhang that was left. They left wood in the yard for over a week and killed the grass. Not a single post is cut off evenly. After only 3 weeks, the two gates are sagging and will not latch. Concrete was left in the yard in large chunks. Many of the nails from the nail gun didn't penetrate fully and they didn't finish nailing them in. All in all, their price was competitive but they rushed and did a poor job. Definitely do not recommend.

The fence is awful! They put it up with 1 to 2 inch gaps from the ground to the fence. When I called them, they actually came out and nailed boards on the outside of the fence to cover the gaps. Of course, my neighbors complained and I don't blame them. They then came out and replaced some of the boards but did not fix them al and did not adjust the gate, which continually popped openl...said they'd be back and never did. We have called them about 4 times and still have not finished.

I am delaying the project by a few months. the representative was very informative with great follow up . I cannot rate any work as none has been performed.
