Mr. Ethen Herring was the representative who came out and provided me and my husband with an estimate. He was polite, kind and very professional. We hired the company to do the work based on his knowledge and cost. They did the work on 3/10/2022 in minimum record time. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend PFI to everyone. Job well done!

Very good, on time, competitive price

They were wonderful. Called them an within a day we were called back setup an appt for estimate and came gave us a price , wonderful fair price and hired and came the next week an did the job. Very professional , on time and completed the job in the time frame . Would use them again if needed.

We tried contacting multiple insulation companies to help us reinsulate our attic - PFI was the only company to respond. They were expedient, came out quickly to give us a quote, and scheduled us as soon as we called back. They arrived exactly on time the day-of and finished the job quickly and efficiently. They had us look around the attic to see if we had any concerns for them, they explained what they did and how we could expect to see our energy bill change, and tidied up on the way out. We highly recommend them for insulation needs.

Called two days before they were to do the job and canceled. They said they did not have materials. Strange we found materials at Lowes. We were on a tight timeline and this put us behind!

In these days of begging for someone to give you quotes (I called one company-recommended by a friend- 3 times in two weeks, talked to a receptionist each time, and they never called to set up a time to quote the job), Precision Fiberglass Insulation is the exception, and they are exceptional. Ethan was outstanding; very knowledgeable, prompt, professional, thorough, courteous, honest...Price was reasonable and project was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!!

They were at my home EARLY for both the job quote, and then to do the work when I accepted their quote. They explained everything that they would do and why, made sure I didn't have any unanswered questions about the project, then made sure that I was able to inspect the work before taking down their ladders and cleaning up after themselves on their way out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I Called Precision Fiberglass Insulation and told them I was on a tight deadline due to an unexpected home inspection. One of their installers, Brandon, called me right back. He went to my house later that same day and gave me a quote for a great price and told me he would be back to do the job in the morning. By 9:00 am the next day He call me and texted me pictures of the finished job. He did amazing work and on such short notice!! I will recommend Precision Fiberglass Insulation and Brandon to anyone who needs attic insulation, and will be sure to use them again for any future projects. A+++
