Garage Door Repair
My garage door opener was not operating properly. Precision Garage Door gave me an appointment for the same day I called, and their technician Steve identified the problem quickly and fixed it on the spot. He also gave me great advice for maintaining proper operation of the door. At all times he was courteous & respectful. I highly recommend.

Garage Door Opener Repair or Adjustment
Excellent service! Our neighborhood recently experienced a brown out, where the power came close to going completely out but didn't. It did that several times. When the power was fully restored, the garage door opener wouldn't work.
Since we had purchased the opener two years ago from Precision Garage Door, we gave them a call. Their technician, Steve Wells, was out the next day and quickly solved the problem. Not only did he reset the unit, he showed us how to do it ourselves should this happen again. And, for icing on the cake, he didn't charge us. Steve was very nice and efficient. We would highly recommend him and Precision Door!

Garage Door Repair
Insanely expensive. $470 for just the bottom rubber when I asked for all the seals replaced. They want "at least an additional $300" to come back to do what we thought we had agreed on replacing all rubbers. Hard upsell attempts at insane prices. No meeting of the minds on what "all rubber" replacement is, what an expensive waste of money.

Garage Door Repair
We called a man out the spring broke on garage door . He was excellent looked into why spring broke in the first place .He serviced the door and made sure all parts that were causing problems were fixed turns out last time it was fixed they put the wrong springs on the door they were not large enough to carry the weight of the door the springs he installed were allot larger. He explained everything and made sure everything was working properly. It cost more than we planned but all is replaced and working very well. I would call them again we now have a 5 year warranty if anything should happen. The service man was very good and professional and explained our options very throughly. Another plus had all the parts on the truck so could be fixed immediately . He can when he was scheduled and contacted us when on his way. Over all experience EXCELLENT !!!

Garage Door Opener Installation and Replacement
Had my garage opener replaced with Precision Garage Door since my previous one was noisy and old. Sean, the technician, was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions, explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up when he was done installing. The new opener is so much quieter than my old one. Highly recommend this company.

Garage Door Repair
Steve Weves came to fix our cable which broke. Because he was so friendly we ordered a new door, opener and installation. We were planning on doing this before but since he was so trustworthy we did it sooner. He was nice enough to fix the cable before he left just for the cost of materials. I am handicapped and he wanted to make sure I could use the ramp in the garage. He did a very good job too.

Garage Door Opener Installation and Replacement
Matt was a great guy to work with. He put in a lower cost device that cut the price of the prev. quote, by a different company in half, and did a neat job of installing to top it off.
Thanks
