Dan and his crew were fantastic; he was knowledgeable and honest, not trying to get us to spend extra money on things we did not need. Moreover, not only did they do a fantastic job fixing our roof, but they were able to complete the project in ONE day! The best part is NO MORE LEAKS! I would recommend Lawless General Contracting for all of your home improvement needs. If I could, I would give them more than five stars!

Fantastic work! They had an old 3100 sqft roof stripped, repaired, and re-shingled in four days, at a low price. Fast, affordable, quality work. Had to take a 1/2 star off for cleanup... debris was left on one side of the house...but otherwise phenomenal job overall! I would highly recommend Lawless General Contracting! UPDATE - Four months later, with the first storm of the season, and the NEW ROOF LEAKS! It leaks worse than it did before Lawless replaced it. I have tried contacting them three times by phone and once via email and they are not responding. UPDATE 2 - 10 days after the first call, Dan from Lawless finally contacted me. Within a week he was on our roof, identified the problem, and had his team out to fix the issue. Dan has renewed my confidence in Lawless Contracting

These guys are awesome! They stripped and re-shingled my garage roof in just a few hours. They did great work at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Lawless General Contracting!

I live in an old farmhouse, which needed a bathroom gutted and remodeled. Even a heat run needed to be moved, and a fan installed. Dan and his team went above and beyond, taking out the floor and repairing joists that had been cut through by a previous homeowner, which had compromised the integrity of the floor. My bathroom now has new everything, with my aesthetic incorporated. I have already contracted with this group of great guys to reside my house with vinyl next week. Wonderful company, with a great sense of humor.

Precision was easy to work with, accommodating, and attentive to detail. They cleaned up well after a very dusty job. I am thrilled with my new bathroom. The work was completed by the end date stated in the contract.

Work was outstanding. Crew worked diligently throughout the two days they were here. Did a great job with roof replacedment and clean up around the house. I would hire them again for other projects.

I can t explain how pleased we are with the work Dan did!! It was quick and the clean up was incredible! It feels like we have a whole new house!!

Walls were opened up to add support beams for handicap bar but were not wide enough to properly secure bolts in studs. So plastic anchors were substituted on one side and bolts on the opposite side. The shower rod was attached with only 1 screw each end and not in studs. Rod fell off the wall because I found half drilled holes where second screws were supposed to be thru the tile. I had to move the rod to find studs and repair myself. Vanity was badly unlevel and I was told it must sit flush to the floor so could not be fixed. Medicine cabinet sat in my basement for two weeks before I installed it myself. The contractor was sick but did not find anyone else to finish the job. The medicine cabinet was ordered one week after starting the job and delayed 30 days. There is no threshold on the floor at the door. The baseboards were not painted. I after paying full cost could not get the plumbing fixed. When you try to fill the tub the shower sprays on you also. Pex tube was used in the downspout even though instructions point out must use 1/2 inch copper tube do not use sex tube in the downspout. The contractor said I was wrong so it was not fixed and I asked contractor not to return I will finish the $9700 project myself. 04/16/2019. Second job. The porch railings looked great and professional. They were secured into concrete.

Everyone on this team was great. They were competent, pleasant, and communicated regularly throughout the project. We would use them again.
