We contacted Precision last night and a few hours later we got a text with an offer to give us an estimate in the morning. We were anxious to get our fence put back up as our tenants have dogs that were bothering our neighbor with the fence down. Rey called us and went to our rental property the next morning, texted us a very reasonable estimate and because we answered him immediately and were worried, he did the repair immediately. He originally texted us pictures of the fence down with the estimate, and a few hours later he texted us pictures of the repair. We did speak to him on the phone, as our tenants do not answer their door when we try to get repairs done. Rey was so friendly, and so professional. He did such a great job, showing up the very next morning. His communication was awesome, his work excellent, and his price was so so reasonable. Even though we had never done business with him before, and that we live in another state, he allowed us to mail him a check. What an awesome contractor. I would highly recommend him for any project, big or small.
