Precision Home Design & Remodeling did a great job remodeling our stairs, installing new flooring, and a few other 'side' jobs. They take great pride in their work, keep the job site clean, and keep you updated on progress. We are very happy with the result.

Simply amazing. Drew and his team at Precision Home Design have excelled in every way possible. Precision did a full kitchen remodel for me. Drew listened carefully to every detail we were interested in, offered good suggestions and helped us through the design. What I really respected was when he didn't know an answer he admitted that, and asked for time to get in contact with one of the experts on his team, instead of just telling me whatever I wanted to hear to make a sale. Those experts came back quickly and answered my questions/concerns. I never had to wait long and I always got a well thought out answer from the people who knew what they were doing. During the process Drew, the project manager, showed up EVERY DAY that his employees were here to check on the progress & ensure quality. He'd check in with me regularly to make sure I was happy with how things were going. I have had other contractors in the past and not a single one of them put in the kind of work this team did to make sure everything was smooth and done the way I wanted it. He set up a regular stream of conversation and answered questions/concerns very promptly. His craftsmen were all excellent and very respectful of us and our home. Again, I've had contractors in the past that clearly did not care. Every single person that came through our house was careful, picked up after themselves, and most importantly of all, did excellent work. I cannot recommend Precision enough. You hear "We want to make our customers happy" from everybody... but these guys really mean it. ----- A quick piece of advice on choosing a home renovation contractor: I have learned that there are 2 kinds of contractors out there: Ones that sell materials and will then install them for you, and ones who specialize in organizing the labor. In the past we hired contractors who came to our home and showed us a catalog of the products they carried. We would be wow'ed by the good looking pergolas / pavers / cabinets in these catalogs and proceed in picking out what we were excited to have in our home. The problem is that these guys would then turn around and hire day laborers to install the pieces, which always resulted in poorly installed shoddy work and a shocking lack of respect for our home. Precision is the other kind: They will point you to some stores that sell the kinds of things you are interested in, or introduce you to their craftsmen who build the things you want, and leave it to you to pick out what you want them to install. They will help and guide you, but you aren't buying the materials from them so they aren't invested in selling you a product. They sell you the labor, which means that they have put work in making sure the people who work for them are the best. That the people installing these beautiful cabinets are people who care about making sure it is put in right. I've been burned so many times by previous contractors, the high quality work from these guys has absolutely blown me away. I cannot thank them enough. Please excuse my poor photos, they don't do these guy's work justice.

Danny was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. The master bath remodel was completed timely, and the work is of excellent quality. We would use Precision again for any remodeling project.

Overall this simple project took way longer than it should have. Some of the delays could be attributed to the impact of COVID19, however, each of the trades had to come multiple times to get their part of the job done right. The work also required corrective action after both the rough and final inspections, causing further delays. In the end we were happy with the final result and with the customer service from Precision Home Design, just not the process of getting there.

We made the best decision when we hired Precision to complete 3 bathroom remodels, install new flooring in our kitchen and living room, and remodel our laundry room. Renen is a true professional. He was always available to meet with us and communicated with us every step of the way. I am a very anxious person and from the moment I met him, I knew he was a sincere, honest, good person. I instantly felt at ease and knew I could trust him. He and his team did a fantastic job on our remodel. I couldn't be more pleased by the quality of the work and attention to detail. The work was completed on time and on budget. Renen goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied. We are looking into building a room addition in the near future. We got our dream kitchen thanks to Precision Home Design! Renen and his team are professional and kind. I especially appreciated Renen's willingness to hear our concerns and work with us to find the right course of action. My husband and I were very involved in the entire process (which we know isn't always easy for contractors and their teams), but they were gracious and understanding. Our project manager, Sagi, would send messages almost every evening to let us know the scope of work that was planned for the following day (per our request). We also had specific requests in an effort to be environmentally conscientious and did earn a Green rated certification for our kitchen. It was a learning experience for us and Precision and due to a great flow of communication, we pulled it off! We love our beautiful custom kitchen and cannot recommend Precision enough. Well organized company. They worked with me and listened to what I wanted. Their kitchen designer worked with me to come up with a plan that suits my 1926 Spanish revival cottage. They also helped by increasing my counter and cabinets space. Give them a chance don t hesitate!

This company is absolutely the greatest!!! We worked on two projects with them. The room addition about 2 years ago came out flawless and the process went smoothly; plans were correct the first time; all inspections were passed; the project was on time. The second time, we remodeled our kitchen: replaced cabinets (custom), new countertops (white marble - very trendy), paint, and flooring. I suggest everyone who is thinking to undergo remodeling or construction to consider Precision first. They would not disappoint!!! Utmost professionalism and the best customer service.

We interviewed quite a few contractors for our home remodeling project before deciding to go with Precision Home Design & Remodeling. Renen, our project manager, was very polite, personable, and professional. He listened to our requests as well as respected our budget constraints. Throughout the remodel, he was a pleasure to work with. Renen was always available, listened to our concerns, addressed any issues that we had, and was quick to resolve any problems that arose. I received not only excellent customer service from Precision Home Design and Remodeling, the final results were terrific: excellent craftsmanship, precision design, courteous workers. Everything was completed on schedule, and the few problems were solved very quickly. Renen also provided some services for free which were not in his original quote. Who does that? We have done several small projects in our house about 10 years ago with different companies and were consistently dissatisfied with the contractors. When we wanted to do a full house remodel this time we decided to go with Precision and boy were we happy with the decision!! Starting from the architect visit and design process, the team at Precision Home Design & Remodeling took us step by step. From plans and permits, to picking tiles and 3d rendering (that was free as part of a promotion they had...yay!!!) of the designs which helped us understand the cost implications of each decision as well as a great way to know how things would look after it's all done The entire project took 6 months as promised and we stayed within our originally stated budget. The things we absolutely loved about the team at Precision Home Design & Remodeling, is the fact they were honest and told us about common pitfalls along the way before they happened, so we can understand better what we are getting into with every little detail, from the place of the kitchen island to the color we picked for the walls at the end. My wife and I cannot stop hosting folks at our new place as it feels we moved to an entirely new house!!! When it comes to contractors, do not compromise, go with people you trust will do the job right the first time! These guys nailed it! Thank you precision for transforming my home! I had a lot of contractors coming for an estimate but no one made such a positive impression like Rennen. My every question and concern were answered and I couldn't be happier with the result! My home turned out to be much more then I expected. And it's all thanks to precision for making it to be as perfect as it is. Highly recommended!
