Customer service was very responsive. The job was done exactly when promised as well as quickly and neatly by a large number of workers.

They showed up hours after I called. Gave me one of the lower numbers out of 4 estimates. Showed up when they said they would and absolutely attacked the job with an army of workers. Knocked it out in a day. I'm still waiting to get the drawing. And they were a little loose as far as getting a written estimate and contract. But overall, just a great experience.

They gave me a fair quote on the first day. They told me exactly what and when they would be there. They did exactly what they said they would do and they were right on schedule. I'm very happy with the system they installed and was very pleased with the service and quality.

Hired to install lawn sprinkler system in medium to large size home yard. Arrived as scheduled, on time, and completed all work within one day as planned. Quality was excellent, everything is getting wet as advertised, and customer service was great. One minor issue noticed after the job was completed was quickly resolved. Unlike many companies where to talk to an answering machine, all calls are answered promptly by a real human who is a pro in the business and can answer all questions!

Everything done as promised with no hassles at all. The crew was on time and very respectful when we needed to let the dogs out during the day. They did an exceptional job installing and were very careful not to damage any existing plants. They cleaned up after the work leaving the sidewalks and driveway looking better than when they arrived.

Champs, I was told that they would install a sprinklers system to water a 100% of my yard. They started early that morning finish the same day and sprinkler system waters 100% of the yard, totally pleased.

Mr. West was very persistant with the Dallas Water Dept so that I could have the proper flow of water. The water meter box had a kinked and twisted pipe leading into the meter which restricted the water flow rate. He made several calls to the Water Dept. to make sure it was repaired. He also made a special trip to my house while they were here to make sure it was repaired properly.

The installation of our irrigation system was superb. The crew arrived when we were told they would, worked diligently, removed large rocks they uncovered, cleaned sidewalks, and finished early afternoon. It was a pleasant experience and will recommend them to friends.

Ralph is extremely professional and also very personable. He takes pride in delivering top-notch quality. The installation is complete; I haven't completed my plantings yet, so don't know yet if the system will be as pleasurable as it promises. I'll try to remember to report that later. I was impressed with Ralph's integrity. He also went way beyond the call of duty in consulting with me on other issues I had. He also did some extra things for me that were not a part of what he contracted to do. I'd call him a friendly neighbor as well as a very professional business man.

Came out immediately for cost proposal and to begin the job. Honest, friendly, thorough.
