This system was a surprise birthday gift for my husband. They made sure that the work was done before my husband returned from a business trip. This despite some unfortunate weather and a serious family emergency. The work was done quickly and professionally. I am very happy with the whole experience.

They were in and out in about 5 hours (and we have a good size yard) and did a great job. If you didn�t know that we just had a sprinkler system installed, you wouldn�t be able to tell by looking at the yard. They took care to replace everything (including all of the landscape that I had just personally installed) to pre installation condition. Ralphs guys worked very hard and had no complaints with a few changes I needed to make to accommodate my future plans for the yard. We are very pleased with the results. The remote control system Ralph offers is so convenient�I love it!

Ralph was sharp, and his installers were very professional. Two different rain storms came through, and his men stuck around to complete the installation by the end of the day.

Their work was very good, but next time they need to send more experienced people, who knows how to dig soil without cutting another line.

The yard was a little more torn up than I expected following the installation, but I can overlook that due to their great service.

Good experience . They arrived when they said they would. Did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. Did a good job of explaining how everything works.

Arrived on time. Worked speedily. Finally I have a working sprinkler system that is logically arranged. They re-arranged the system to function better without asking - showed initiative. My only complaint was that they could have cleaned up better but overall they did a good job.

The man that completed the service knew exactly what needed to be done and was quick to complete the work. I'm very happy with the results.

My 17 year old system needed a tune up. One guy came out to fix some broken pipe and replace a few heads. Very professional job.
