The work was to put up a brick skirt on our front porch. The owner, Chuck Osborne, subcontracted the work to a guy named Lupe. Lupe did a decent job getting the stone up but missed some grout lines and weep holes, which he fixed after being pointed out. The real issue is that he left cement all over the brick. It does not look good. Chuck promised to make it right but evidently, Lupe has not been cooperating. It has been several months and though Chuck swore he would make it right, even if he had to fix it himself, he stopped taking or returning my calls quite a while ago. A shame, as I thought Chuck was a good guy. Just wanted it fixed and to converse. I cannot recommend this business. Character is everything.
