James makes sure that the job is not only up to your standards but up to his. They tore up and replaced a section because he was not satisfied with the pour. Precision is easy to work with, and very reasonably priced. James worked with us squeezing our job in, working around our schedule and needs. Definitely will call Precision Masonry for any work in the future.

They messed up my sunroom floor dying it and had to be replaced 3 times. 3rd time poured it too low, sunk in my drains, the sides all go down towards the middle and ledges in the concrete; twisted the end of the drain, Jack hammering and loading the heavy pieces they also did damage. They overweighted the trailer and cracked my 3 car garage floor 1/2 of the floor and told me they could do nothing about it, They put up block retaining walls and left me with globed in mortar and mortar all over my blocks that James told me he would power wash off but did not wash off. They sprayed my garage door and trim with acid stain along with my new blocks and my house brick and mortar then put down duct tape and left it. I have now glue on my garage floor, all my block and brick walls in my sunroom, my two garage doors and the aluminum trim that they sprayed so much it corroded. The patios on both sides of my sunrooms has cracks since they jack hammered and mortar cracking on the wall in the sunroom. They chipped the caps also in there. We had them replace damaged concrete caps after they poured them two weeks later a hail storm damaged them. The second bunch of caps was poured and looked nothing like the old ones. They left uneven edges and tried to sand them down so now they look worse with rocks showing and still looking horrible. One of the caps in my sunroom they repoured does not go to the edge of the block. They built a retaining wall along my sidewalk and chipped the old sidewalk and left mortar and concrete that dripped on there and didnt clean it off. They tuck pointed our stairs and left mortar smeared on them. The end of the retaining wall they took the mortar they were filling in the stairs with and just globed in three big huge lines and just left it there. They had the heavy trailer sitting on my garage skirt full of all the concrete caps and part of the retaining wall and cracked the end by my drains in 3 places on the top and two on the side where a huge chunk of concrete is just hanging there. They want to be paid as they go but they dont come back for very long periods of time and when they do they come for a couple hours and leave not doing much or they say they will be there on Monday and come for a few minutes or just send their employees unsupervised to tear up and chip everything then say they wont replace it. When they came back they told my husband I asked for the drains to be sunk in the concrete on the sunroom floor when my husband was out there when I asked James not to cut out the chipped concrete his employees did while jack hammering the sunroom floor but only cut out to just past the door way and broom swept it in to match the patio on the other side. It was smoothed and left. Not one thing was said about the drains being sunk in until I went out there late at 8:30 to see what was going on and James told me he sunk them in so my water would run that way. No one told him to do this. They took off at the end of Feb. and was supposed to come back in a couple weeks which they did in June. They poured and washed out concrete on my new gravel drive and just left it in two spots and down the side of my garage retaining wall. They left my yard all tore up and did not come back for months to smooth it back down until my retaining wall fell in after a heavy rain from all the water running there from all the ruts in the yard. They start out good and continually get bad and dont do what they say they will do and tear up a lot more. They poured my garage floor and put in too my calcium so it turned black and they tried several time to acid wash it but now it is uneven grey blotches with a huge crack 1/2 way across it that they did and will not replace anything I was told. So as for a warranty there is nothing at when they have posted warranty on here. James says he can fix something they messed up but always a band aid or ne...

I live in an old farm house that s always just difficult to work with but somehow these guys got the job done and done well. Our foundation is fixed and my family is looking forward to many more years living here; and it s all thanks to precision masonry.
