The owner, Adam, was very kind and professional. He saved 1000's of dollars by saving our furniture where the other people told us that it had to be thrown away. His employees cleaned everything up with so much attention to detail. They worked fast so that we did not have to stay and pay for the hotel too long. We paid everything out of pocket but Adam and his team made the expenses less severe and were professional and kind the whole time! Precision is the best in the in South Florida!

Our air conditioner leaked water all over our floors and into the base of my cabinets. I called Precision Mold Restoration, Adam Welsh, the owner, was at my house within the hour to assess the damage and promptly contained the areas. He took absolute care and was very professional in the clean-up of the mess! As a result of the prompt service, we did not have to replace any cabinets and there was no mold!!! He did a great follow-up to make sure we were satisfied and that the job was completely A+.
