Spring was $30 in local hardware store. Precision Overhead charged me $300 and you must replace both springs, so $600 to replace. Excessive.

I specifically requested a repair of my garage door opener and indicated the brand. They were not interested in fixing anything, only to sell me a high priced replacement which I was coerced to do. Took 4 hours to install because the problem was not the opener, it was the wiring to the wall controller. The repairman was sweet but in way over his head. I paid way too much to have my opener **repaired**
